One-time transfers can be made at any time and are immediately debited from the available balance of a current or savings account. A single transfer cannot be cancelled after it has been submitted. In addition to this Agreement, you may have a separate agreement with us for each of your eligible accounts and online financial services. Bill Pay does not incur a monthly service fee. However, there is a service fee for the SDP service. Account fees (for example. B, monthly service, overdraft) may apply to the deposit account. Only American Express checks, money orders, bank checks, or traveler`s checks withdrawn or payable in or through a U.S. bank can be transferred via the mobile deposit service. Any negative balance on your deposit account is subject to your applicable account agreements with us. If a deposit account is an eligible credit card or business line of credit, we do not need to make a payment unless there are sufficient funds available in that account to pay the bill on the payment date. In this section, "Account(s)" refers to each of the accounts above. If, as part of our online banking guarantee, we do not process a payment in accordance with your completed instructions, we will refund the late payment fee. Indemnify, defend and hold harmless attorneys` fees arising from: You agree that we may send notices and other communications, including password confirmations, to the current address specified in our records, whether or not that address contains a designation for delivery to a particular person.

You further agree that Bank of America will not be liable to you in any way if any information is intercepted by an unauthorized person, whether during transmission or at your place of business. You agree to: 1) keep your password secure and strictly confidential and make it available only to the authorized signatories of your account(s); 2) tell anyone you give your password to that they cannot disclose it to unauthorized persons; and 3) notify us immediately and choose a new password if you believe that your password has been brought to the attention of an unauthorized person. If you inform us that the person is no longer authorized, only transactions that they make after the time you notify us will be considered unauthorized. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in your applicable account agreements and fee schedules, there is no service fee for accessing your accounts related to the Service. Regions has an experienced and centralized deposit account control team that can provide a number of benefits to lenders and clients, as well as their law firms. For deposit accounts, you can view online images of each cheque that has been saved to your account. If you currently receive a bank statement with paper cheque images, after selecting statements and documents online only, you will no longer receive the cheque images as part of the statement. You can ask us to send you a photocopy of a void cheque (additional charges may apply).

In combination with other applicable Wells Fargo Agreements as described in Section 1(b) of this Agreement, this Agreement constitutes the agreement between you and Wells Fargo with respect to the Service. It summarizes and replaces all previous and simultaneous written or oral agreements and agreements on the subject of online access. You may use the Service to make one-time transfers from a Bank of America checking, savings, money market, or line of credit account linked to most of the current, savings, or money market accounts of other Bank of America customers using their account numbers. Third-party software. We may offer third-party software tools and products ("Third-Party Software") that you may install on your computer. You are responsible for obtaining a valid and separate license agreement with the third-party software provider. If you register to use the Service or authorize others to whom you have delegated to act on your behalf to use or access the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. You represent that you have the authority to authorize debits and credits to the registered bank account. You agree not to use the Service to send money to persons to whom you are required to pay taxes, payments under court orders (including amounts ordered by the court for child support), fines, payments to loan sharks, gambling debts or payments otherwise prohibited by law, and you agree not to use the Service, to ask for money from anyone for such payments. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, and other problems caused by or resulting from the act or inaction of financial institutions holding the non-Wells Fargo account, except as required by law or regulation. While we try to help you resolve these issues, you understand that these errors, delays or other issues are the responsibility of the relevant financial institution. Any rights you have vis-à-vis a financial institution due to such errors, delays or other problems are subject to the terms of the agreements you have with that financial institution, including the time limits within which complaints must be submitted.
